State run telecom PSU, BSNL in a new customer care initiative is going to offer details of last call and last five calls to its mobile customers via SMS. These details will include date, type, charge, balance, number and duration of the calls .BSNL system will get updated with last call transactions in every fifteen minutes and then it will be available to its customers. BSNL customers can SMS LAST to 53733 to know the details of the last call and to know the details of last five calls they can SMS LAST FIVE or LAST5 to 53733.
