Bharti AirTel has introduced International Video Calling facility for its 3G customers in India. AirTel 3G , which now boasts of having more than 3 million customers , will now allow its customers to make international video calls and enjoy face-to-face conversation with their family and friends living abroad.
AirTel’s International Video Calling is currently available for 227 international geographies. An AirTel 3G customer in India can see and talk with his friends and relatives in USA, Canada, Bangladesh face to face through video call at just Rs.14/min, while on the move. Similarly, video calls to UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and Oman are priced at Rs. 20 per minute. State run telecom PSU MTNL offers international video calling at Rs 30/min. In order to make video calling it is imperative that both the caller and the called customer have front-cameras in their 3G handset and be present in 3G enabled area .
