The application is similar to that of Instapaper or iPaper which does the same job.
To add pages, users need to select the menu key, then click on more and share. A webpage can also be saved by pressing and holding onto the link.
Saved pages can be accessed later even without an Internet connection. The web pages can also be shared with friends and other people through social networking sites.
The app is available for all Android devices running on version 2.1 or higher.
The app is currently available, with an 80 per cent discount, for $0.99. However the creators say the price of the application may go up in future.
Read It Later has been very successful on the iOS platform, most of the time it was in the top ten lists on the app store.
