BSNL, the largest Govt. owned telecom operator has now realized to improve its call center so as to provide a better service to all its customers. From many months they are improving their service and many new fabulous offers are introduced so as to attract customers. Bandham Plan is the biggest hit and many customers have opted to this plan. Nestham plan is also a big hit offer from BSNL.Now they are concentrating on their customer service so as to rectify problem very quickly so that customers feel free to use this network and also as the mobile number portability is going to be launched very soon, it has to attract many customers to choose BSNL.
Now they have introduced a toll free customer care number 1800-180-1503 for any kind of queries. Hope it would improve its services very soon as it is the back bone mobile network of India which has its service in any part of India.
